Produced using Cathead Vodka as a base, Bristow Gin is made by macerating 10 different botanicals for two weeks until the desired flavor profile is reached, then redistilling the gin. The overall proof is slowly lowered, and the gin is aged for three weeks prior to bottling.

The sweet aroma offers candied lemon peel and coriander seed. The palate follows through with lots of coriander up front, plus a citrusy hint and juniper, anise and pine. It goes from tingly to downright hot from the first sip, so be prepared to mix.
